Our Shipping Carrier is USPS for United States & Island Wide on Puerto Rico.   Most of the  Items are  free Shipping in Puerto Rico.  Shipping to USA are subject to USPS Fees acoording to Weight & Dimentios to the purchase Item.

Most orders will arrive in 6 days for US & Next Day for Puerto Rico. It can take up to 6  Days to receive on USA & 2 Days in PR. USPS take 3 - 5 days and our Preparation time is 1 days. Most orders will arrive in 2  days for PR. Be aware that USPS & Island Wide does not work on Sundays. You can verify any delivery rules, terms and conditions at https://www.usps.com/ You will receive via email (Ship confirmation) the tracking # as soon is available. Heavy Items Only in Puerto Rico
For limitations from USPS and cost  We only Ship heavy items in Puerto Rico at $75.00/item.  Heavy Items are like : Mountain bikes,  etc.  You will see in Shopping Cart the only Shipping Option for heavy items is "Heavy PR Delivery PR".  Most orders will arrive in 6 days for US. It can take up to 9 Days to receive. USPS take 3 - 5 days and our Preparation time is 3 days. Most orders will arrive in 4 days for PR, since Puerto Rico USPS works next day delivery. Payments
We Accept ATH Mobile,  and major debit/credit cards. Visa, Master Card and Discovery are proceeded via Ipospay, Dejavo Solution, the most secure way to make payments online with 128-bit SSL Encryption protection. We can don't see and store any credit/ debit card data except for the last 4 numbers of the card for record transactions purposes.  Address and Zip code should be match on your banks details to make a successful transaction. We do not allow more than 3 transactions from the same PC per hour.

Lost Items and Damage Items
If, items is lost or Dead on Arrival,  Puerto Rico Bike will replace and sent again at not cost by client. In case of Damage or Dead on Arrival, you have 3 days (from de arrival date) to  send videos and photos and notify the event to labicishopstore@gail.com  or calling 787 - 943 -3210.  We will determine if you need to return item back at no cost for you.  Damage or Dead on Arrival means that that items as soon was open was physical broken or damage probably because of the handling of the carrier.  if you take more 3 days, then the normal return policy is apply.  Read our return policy.
